Every CloudGenie engagement is different.

Some clients work with us on technology projects. Others engage us for cloud, CRM, AI, development, or Sales as a Service.

Because our team often starts planning, research, resource allocation, or delivery soon after an engagement is confirmed, refunds depend on the type of service and the work already completed.

Consulting and Professional Services

Payments made for consulting, discovery, assessment, research, strategy, or professional services are generally non-refundable once work has started.

If you decide to cancel an engagement before work begins, please contact us.

We will review the request based on the work already planned, resources allocated, and costs committed to the engagement.

Technology and Development Projects

For Full Stack Development, CRM Implementation, Cloud Infrastructure, AI, DevOps, Automation, Security, Integration, and Digital Transformation projects, payments may be linked to milestones or agreed billing schedules.

Once work on a milestone has started or a milestone has been substantially completed, payments relating to that work are generally non-refundable.

If a project is cancelled before completion, we will review the work completed and resources committed up to the cancellation date.

Any payment due for work already completed may remain payable.

Sales as a Service and Lead Generation

Sales takes time, conversations, testing, and consistent outreach.

Fees paid for Sales as a Service, B2B Lead Generation, market research, prospect identification, outreach, appointment setting, or sales pipeline support are generally non refundable once the service period has started.

While our team works to identify and create relevant business opportunities, we cannot guarantee that every prospect will respond, attend a meeting, purchase a product, or generate revenue.

Sales results can depend on several things, including your product, service, pricing, market demand, competition, sales process, and the final buying decision of a prospect.

If a specific lead, meeting, or performance commitment has been agreed, it will be mentioned in the applicable proposal, Statement of Work, or agreement.

Cloud, Software and Third-Party Costs

Some projects require third-party software, cloud infrastructure, licences, subscriptions, APIs, data platforms, or other external services.

Once these services have been purchased or committed on your behalf, the related costs are non-refundable unless the relevant third-party provider issues a refund.

Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

Mistakes can happen.

If you believe you have made a duplicate payment or paid an incorrect invoice, email us at [email protected].

Please share the invoice or payment reference so our team can review the transaction.

Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, we will communicate the applicable refund amount and processing details with you.

Approved refunds will normally be processed through an appropriate payment method.

The time taken for the refunded amount to appear may depend on your bank, card provider, or payment service provider.
